A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is one of Europe's leading premium operators of city and nature cruises on the Danube, Rhône/Saône, Rhine/Main/Moselle, Seine and Douro.

The company runs offices in Rostock and Chur/Switzerland and currently employs around 850 people from 25 different countries.

A-ROSA was founded in 2000 as part of Deutsche Seereederei GmbH and began cruising in 2002, initially with two ships on the Danube. The company responded to the increasing demand for river cruises by steadily expanding its fleet. Today, the homogeneous fleet consists of 15 modern ships that meet the latest safety and environmental standards.

LOKA-Card

Since the beginning of 2023, we have been offering our colleagues in Rostock an extensive cooperation with the LOKA card. This voucher card, to which A-ROSA adds €40 per month, can be used at over 350 local retailers.

Job Ticket

Sustainability is very important to us. That is why, together with the Verkehrsverbund Warnow, we are promoting the use of local public transport and paying a share of the monthly costs of the Deutschland Ticket for the job ticket, which the entire A-ROSA team can use.

Team Events

A-ROSA regularly expresses its gratitude to its employees with interesting team events, such as the annual Christmas party. There has also been a weekend with all employees of the A-ROSA Group on our A-ROSA SENA in 2022.

KKH Health

The health of our employees is important to us. Together with the Kaufmännische Krankenkasse, we organize various health days, seminars and other hands-on activities, such as yoga classes on the Warnow River in summer. We also regularly take part in the "Rostocker Firmenlauf".
