Your Tasks

  • Acting as the deputy for the Hotel Manager during absences and supporting in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Serving as the host on board and during events.
  • Controlling and optimizing service processes in all hotel areas.
  • Ensuring smooth onboard operations and overseeing F&B orders, as well as the delivery and inventory of non-food items.
  • Identifying and nurturing talent within the team and supporting their development into leadership roles.
  • Contributing to revenue and cost control and working on the optimization of onboard revenues.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry and proven leadership experience.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position or as a departmental manager.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Microsoft Office is desirable.
  • Very good language skills in German and English.
  • Experience on river or ocean-going ships is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership qualities and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
