Your Duties
- Independently prepare and present high-quality dishes in the specialty area that delight guests.
- Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen to guarantee a first-class culinary experience.
- Creatively contribute to menu planning and work closely with the head chef.
- Guide and mentor junior chefs and apprentices to ensure the culinary excellence of the team.
- Accurately monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth operations.
- Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef and several years of experience in a similar position.
- Passion for fine dining and creative talent in food preparation.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
