Your Duties

• A-ROSA representative and responsibility for the entire A-ROSA product on board the ship.
• Monitoring the implementation of all A-ROSA standards and the agreements made in the charter contract.
• Assuming the role of host on board as well as providing competent advice to guests regarding excursions and (future) travel.
• Complaint management and handling deviations in the travel itinerary.
• Designing and organizing an entertaining day and evening program, as well as making announcements and presentations on board.
• Revenue responsibility in the excursion department, including the sale and organization of excursions.
• Administrative tasks such as travel accounting, cashbook management, and reporting to improve the handling of product deviations.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree.
• Experience as a tour guide and ship experience.
• Experience in animation and entertainment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Fidelio is an advantage.
• Very good language skills in German and English (Portuguese is an advantage on the Douro).
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of travel destinations is an advantage.
