Your Duties

  • Support the Chef de Partie in the creative preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that enchant guests.
  • Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen for an exceptional culinary experience.
  • Actively participate in innovative menu planning and development.
  • Guide and support Commis de Cuisine and apprentices to foster their potential.
  • Carefully monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a chef and initial experience in a similar position.
  • Enthusiasm for fine dining and creativity in food preparation.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Good organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
  • Flexibility and resilience in a demanding work environment.
