Your Duties

  • Lead and oversee the preparation of dishes adhering to the highest quality standards.
  • Actively participate in the creation and preparation of top-tier dishes.
  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and strict hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • Foster and motivate the kitchen team through targeted training.
  • Create and manage efficient duty rosters for optimal work organization.
  • Carefully manage inventory and conduct precise stock takes.
  • Control food costs to adhere to budget and ensure profitability.
  • Represent the kitchen at special events and in guest areas.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally with a master chef or technical school degree.
  • Several years of experience in the four-star sector, preferably at sea or on rivers.
  • Leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • PC skills (MS Office) and knowledge in costing and recipes.
  • HACCP knowledge and health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
  • Creativity and innovation in dish creation.
  • High level of stress resistance and resilience.
