Your Duties

  • Organizing and supervising the cleaning of passenger cabins, public areas, and housekeeping pantries.
  • Creating duty schedules and preparing station plans as well as guest requests.
  • Ensuring and enforcing the highest hygiene standards.
  • Handling guest complaints and finding quick solutions.
  • Leading a motivated team and supporting employee development.
  • Ordering cleaning materials and managing inventory.
  • Collaborating closely with the hotel manager to ensure a perfect appearance of crew uniforms.
  • Maintaining plants and flower arrangements in public areas.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel sector and at least two years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Proven leadership experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Team leadership, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility.
  • High level of service orientation and communication skills.
