Your Duties

  • Serving as the primary contact and host for guests, maintaining active guest contact in public areas.
  • Receiving and addressing guest feedback and managing complaints.
  • Advising guests on future travels and the full range of onboard offerings.
  • Providing tourist information and details about the daily program.
  • Designing and conducting an entertaining day and evening program in collaboration with the entertainment team.
  • Managing and providing entertainment equipment for guests.
  • Making announcements and providing information about general and route-specific topics.
  • Handling the embarkation and disembarkation processes, as well as administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with all departments on board to ensure high service standards.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training or degree, ideally in tourism or hospitality.
  • Experience as a tour guide or in guest relations, ideally with ship experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards guests.
