Your Duties
- Leading and supporting department heads in the hotel sector to ensure optimal teamwork and smooth onboard operations.
- Overseeing Food & Beverage orders, including checking and inventorying deliveries to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Creating cruise reports, analyzing guest feedback, and handling special concerns and complaints to continuously improve service.
- Making decisions regarding cabin assignments and upgrades to provide guests with the best possible experience.
- Managing the ship's cashbook and overseeing money transfers to ensure financial transparency and security.
- Monitoring revenues and costs, continuously working to optimize onboard earnings.
- Acting as the host and conducting regular audits to ensure high standards onboard.
- Conducting performance reviews, identifying and fostering talent for leadership roles within the company.
- Collaborating closely with the HR department and planning internal staffing.
- Managing all internal documents and ensuring budget compliance in all departments.
- Organizing and conducting regular department head meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in the hotel sector and a degree in business administration (at least a hotel management school).
- Proven leadership experience and at least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent German and English language skills (French is a plus, especially in the French navigation area).
- Experience on river or ocean-going ships is an advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
