Your Duties

• Clean dishes, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces
• Assist in fruit & vegetable prep and buffet service
• Help with setting and clearing tables in the restaurant
• Participate in deep cleaning of kitchen and storage areas
• Monitor dishwashing machines and follow HACCP standards
• Separate waste and keep the garbage room clean
• Clean the crew mess after each meal
• Assist with loading supplies, waste disposal, and luggage handling

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a kitchen assistant or experience as a kitchen helper in the gastronomy/hotel industry or on ships.
• Verifiable experience working in a kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of German and English.
• Health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
• Team player and resilient.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment.
